Our nourishing summer inspired lip balm recipe contains all the natural goodness and you’ll love the way your lips feel after applying this beauty!

Ingredients

Makes 50gm

15gm		Kukui OIl
9gm		Coconut Oil, Organic
10gm		Cocoa Butter, Refined
10gm		Beeswax, Yellow
3gm		Castor Oil
0.5gm		Vitamin E - Mixed Tocopherol
2.5gm		Peach Lip Balm Flavour

Equipment

Large Beaker or Pyrex Jug

Thermometer

Digital Scales

Microwave or Double Boiler

10x Lip Balm Tubes or 5x Mini Tins

Method

Weigh the Kukui Oil, Coconut Oil, Cocoa Butter, Beeswax and Castor Oil into a large beaker.
Melt these ingredients using the double boiler method, take off the heat once melted.
Cool down to approx. 50 degrees and add the vitamin e and peach flavour oil.
Mix well and pour into the tubes. Cool to room temperature and pop on cap.

TIP: put a rubber band around your tubes to hold them all together for pouring.

Suggested Alternatives:

- You can substitute the Kukui oil for another carrier oil eg. Almond, Apricot, Safflower, Argan

- You can choose any of our organic lip balm flavours
