A gentle and effective cleaner for your yoga mat with the extra benefit of essential oils setting the mood for your yoga practice.

Ingredients

Makes 100 gms

60gm	60%	Organic Rose Hydrosol
25gm	25%	Distilled Water
2gm	2%	Citric Acid
10gm	10%	Natural Solubiliser
1gm	1%	Microcare DB
1gm (approx. 20 drops)	1%	Lavender NZ Essential Oil
1gm (approx. 20 drops)	1%	Bergamot Essential Oil

Sprayer Bottles

2 x beakers

Digital Scales that go down to 1g

Glass stirring rod

Method

Weigh out in a beaker Rose Hydrosol, Distilled Water, and the Citric Acid together and stir well.
In the other beaker weigh out Natural Solubilliser, Microcare DB and the essential oils.
Add the beakers together and mix well.
Pour into bottle/s. Ready to use.

Suggested Alternatives:

You can choose your own fragrance or essential oils.
You can choose a different hydrosol or use just distilled water.
