I use 250g of these flakes, crush em, put em in an amber glass spray bottle and fill the rest of the bottle with distilled water to make my own magnesium chloride spray. It's been life changing, I have gotten better sleep and period cramps are much less as well. Give it a shot! Love the flakes. Will buy again for sure!
